Product Design Team Lead

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate SaaS application Product Designer Team Lead to join us. Our team and company are scaling globally, with an HQ in New York and several tech centers across the world. You’ll lead the product design process with full ownership, work collaboratively to turn complex problems into intuitive experiences, and foster the Growth team whose focus is to build the UI/UX for the development of new products and features. Our team consists of multidisciplinary designers who work on end-to-end UX processes from ideation, prototyping, and research, through to testing and final designs. This is a great opportunity to a growing design team and really make an impact on the design of the world of work.
